The C5™ 3 Series Heated Holding Cabinet is a mobile, full-height insulated cabinet with a removable bottom mount control module. It has a thermostat that can reach up to 200°F and can hold either (18) 18" x 26" or (34) 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans. The cabinet is made of aluminum and has 5" casters, two of which have brakes. It operates on 120v/60/1-ph with 2000 watts and 16.7 amps. It is cULus and NSF certified.
Some standard features of the cabinet include three slide styles for maximum holding capacity, the option to choose between high or low wattage models, reliability and durability, fast heat-up and recovery, and the availability of different colors for the insulation armor.
The cabinet also offers options and accessories such as a travel latch, 6" casters, a small item shelf, stainless steel legs, rear rigid casters, factory left-hand hinging, a flush door latch, stainless steel universal slides, and different types of plugs and slide pairs.
The cabinet is made of high-density polyethylene (HDPE) insulation armor and has a smooth polymer drip trough with a catch pan. It has high-temperature Santoprene gaskets, molded hand holds on all four corners, polymer high-strength magnetic pull latches with lever-action release, and field reversible double hinged doors. The clear doors are made of extruded aluminum with a polycarbonate window, while the solid doors are fully insulated with fiberglass and aluminum. The casters have neoprene wheels and a double ball bearing swivel.
The holding modules of the cabinet are removable without tools and feature a digital thermometer, recessed control dials, a master on/off switch, a "Power On" light, a water pan, and a ball bearing blower forced air system.
