The C5™ 3 Series Heated Holding Cabinet is a mobile, full-height insulated cabinet with a removable bottom mount control module. It has a thermostat that can reach up to 200°F and can hold up to 35 18" x 26" pans on lip load slides. The cabinet is made of aluminum and has 5" casters, two of which have brakes. It operates on 120v/60/1-ph with 2000 watts and 16.7 amps. It is cULus and NSF certified.
The cabinet comes with three slide styles for maximum holding capacity: Universal Wire, Lip Load, or Fixed Wire. It also offers power options, with high wattage or low wattage models available based on specific needs. Reliability and durability are built into the design, with high-quality components ensuring a long life of worry-free use. The cabinet provides fast heat-up and recovery through a thermostatically controlled, forced convection system.
The Insulation Armour™ technology used in the cabinet retains heat, saves energy, and provides a cool-to-touch exterior. It is available in Red, Blue, or Gray standard colors, with other colors available upon request. The cabinet can be equipped with solid insulated aluminum or clear polycarbonate doors. Full Height cabinets can have full-length or dutch-style doors. Clear doors allow visibility of the contents without losing heat.
The cabinet offers three control modules: Holding, Moisture, and Combination Proof and Hold. All modules feature an easy-to-read digital thermometer, recessed control dials, a master on/off switch, and power indicator lights. The modules are removable without tools for easy cleaning and allow for future upgrades without replacing the entire cabinet body.
Optional accessories include a travel latch, 6" casters, small item shelf, stainless steel legs, rear rigid casters, factory left-hand hinging, flush door latch, stainless steel universal slides, and different plug options.
The cabinet is made of High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) for insulation Armour™, with a smooth polymer drip trough and catch pan. It has high-temperature Santoprene gaskets, molded hand holds on all four corners, polymer high-strength magnetic pull latches with lever-action release, and field reversible double hinged doors. Clear doors have an extruded aluminum frame with a polycarbonate window, while solid doors are fully insulated with fiberglass and aluminum panels. The casters have neoprene wheels and ball bearings.
