The C5™ 3 Series Heated Holding Cabinet is a mobile, full-height cabinet with a clear polycarbonate door. It has a lower wattage option and features Grey Insulation Armour™ for energy efficiency and a cool-to-touch exterior. The cabinet can hold either (18) 18" x 26" or (34) 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans on universal wire slides that are adjustable on 1-1/2" increments. It has 5" casters, two of which have brakes. The cabinet is made of aluminum and operates on 120v/60/1-ph with 1440 watts and 12 amps. It is UL, CUL, and NSF certified.
The cabinet offers three slide styles for maximum holding capacity: Universal Wire, Lip Load, or Fixed Wire. It also comes in high wattage or low wattage models to suit different needs. The C5™ 3 Series Heated Holding Cabinet is designed for reliability and durability, with high-quality components for long-lasting use. It provides fast heat-up and recovery through a thermostatically controlled, forced convection system.
The cabinet is available in Red, Blue, or Gray standard colors, with other colors available upon request. It features Insulation Armour™, a patented insulation technology that retains heat, saves energy, and has a dent, impact, and stain-resistant polymer construction. The Insulation Armour™ also has molded-in hand holds for easy mobility.
The cabinet can be equipped with either solid insulated aluminum doors or clear polycarbonate doors. Full Height cabinets can have full-length or dutch-style doors. The clear doors provide visibility of the contents without losing heat.
The C5™ 3 Series Heated Holding Cabinet offers three control modules: Holding, Moisture, and Combination Proof and Hold. All modules have an easy-to-read digital thermometer, recessed control dials, a master on/off switch, and power indicator lights. The modules are removable without tools for easy cleaning and allow for future upgrades without replacing the entire cabinet body.
Optional accessories for the cabinet include a travel latch, 6" casters, small item shelf, stainless steel legs, rear rigid casters, factory left-hand hinging, flush door latch, stainless steel universal slides, and different plug options.
The cabinet is made of High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) for insulation Armour™, with a smooth polymer drip trough and catch pan.
