The C5™ 3 Series Heated Holding & Proofing Cabinet is a mobile, full-height cabinet with a capacity for holding up to 35 18" x 26" pans. It features a lower wattage option and Grey Insulation Armour™ for energy efficiency and a cool-to-touch exterior. The cabinet has Dutch clear polycarbonate doors that provide visibility without heat loss. The control module is removable for easy cleaning and future upgrades. The cabinet comes with lip load slides on 1-1/2" centers and 5" casters (2 with brakes). It operates on 120v/60/1-ph with 1440 watts and 12 amps. The cabinet is cULus and NSF certified.
The C5™ 3 Series Heated Holding & Proofing Cabinet offers three slide styles for maximum holding capacity and comes in high wattage or low wattage models. It is designed for reliability and durability, with high-quality components for long-lasting use. The cabinet provides fast heat-up and recovery through a thermostatically controlled, forced convection system. It is available in Red, Blue, or Gray Insulation Armour™, with other colors available upon request.
The cabinet can be equipped with optional accessories such as a travel latch, 6" casters, small item shelf, stainless steel legs, rear rigid casters, factory left-hand hinging, flush door latch, stainless steel universal slides, and different plug options.
The cabinet is made of high-density polyethylene (HDPE) Insulation Armour™ and features a smooth polymer drip trough with catch pan, high-temperature Santoprene gaskets, molded hand holds, polymer magnetic pull latch, double hinged reversible doors, and casters with neoprene wheels. The holding modules are removable without tools and include a digital thermometer, recessed control dials, master on/off switch, "Power On" light, water pan, and ball bearing blower forced air system.
