The C5™ 3 Series Moisture Heated Holding & Proofing Cabinet is a mobile, insulated cabinet with a clear polycarbonate door. It has a removable bottom mount control module with a thermostat that can reach up to 200°F and has moisture control. The cabinet can hold either (14) 18" x 26" pans or (26) 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans. It has universal wire slides that are adjustable on 1-1/2" increments and is equipped with 5" casters, two of which have brakes. The cabinet is made of aluminum and operates on 120v/60/1-ph with 2000 watts and 16.7 amps. It is cULus and NSF certified.
The cabinet comes with three slide styles to maximize holding capacity: Universal Wire, Lip Load, or Fixed Wire. It also offers the option to choose between high wattage or low wattage models based on specific needs. The C5™ 3 Series is designed for reliability and durability, with high-quality components that ensure a long lifespan. It provides fast heat-up and recovery through a thermostatically controlled, forced convection system.
The cabinet is available in Red, Blue, or Gray standard colors, with other colors available upon request. It features patented Insulation Armour™ technology, which retains heat, saves energy, and provides a cool-to-touch exterior. The insulation is made of durable polymer that is dent, impact, and stain resistant. Molded-in hand holds create vertical handles for easy mobility.
The cabinet offers the choice between solid insulated aluminum or clear polycarbonate doors. Full Height cabinets can be configured with full length or dutch-style doors. Clear doors provide visibility of the contents without losing heat.
The control module options include Holding, Moisture, and Combination Proof and Hold. All modules have an easy-to-read digital thermometer, recessed control dials, a master on/off switch, and power indicator lights. They are removable without tools for easy cleaning and allow for future upgrades without replacing the entire cabinet body.
Optional accessories include a Travel Latch, 6" Casters, Small Item Shelf, Stainless Steel Legs, Rear Rigid Casters, Factory Left-Hand Hinging, Flush Door Latch, Stainless Steel Universal Slides, Straight Plug (20 Amp or 15 Amp), and Universal Slide Pair in Chrome.
