The C5™ 3 Series Heated Holding & Proofing Cabinet is a mobile, 3/4 height cabinet with a clear polycarbonate door and Grey Insulation Armour™. It has a removable bottom mount control module and a thermostat that can reach temperatures up to 200°F. The cabinet has universal wire slides on 3" centers, adjustable on 1-1/2" increments, and can hold up to (14) 18" x 26" or (26) 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans. It is equipped with 5" casters, two of which have brakes. The cabinet is made of aluminum and operates on 120v/60/1-ph with 1440 watts and 12 amps. It is cULus and NSF certified.
The cabinet offers three slide styles for maximum holding capacity: Universal Wire, Lip Load, or Fixed Wire. It comes in standard high wattage or low wattage models to suit different needs. The C5™ 3 Series is designed for reliability and durability, with high-quality components for long-lasting use. It provides fast heat-up and recovery through a thermostatically controlled, forced convection system.
The Insulation Armour™ technology retains heat, saves energy, and keeps the exterior cool to touch. It is available in Red, Blue, or Gray standard colors, with other colors available upon request. The cabinet can be equipped with solid insulated aluminum or clear polycarbonate doors. Full Height cabinets can have full length or dutch-style doors. Clear doors provide visibility without heat loss.
The control module options include Holding, Moisture, and Combination Proof and Hold. All modules feature an easy-to-read digital thermometer, recessed control dials, a master on/off switch, and power indicator lights. They are removable without tools for easy cleaning and allow for future upgrades without replacing the entire cabinet body.
Optional accessories include a Travel Latch, 6" Casters, Small Item Shelf, Stainless Steel Legs, Rear Rigid Casters, Factory Left-Hand Hinging, Flush Door Latch, Stainless Steel Universal Slides, Straight Plug (20 Amp or 15 Amp), and Chrome Universal Slide Pair.
The cabinet is made of High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) Insulation Armour™ and features a smooth polymer drip trough with catch pan. It has high temperature, door mounted Santoprene gaskets, molded hand holds on all four corners
