The C5™ 3 Series Heated Holding Cabinet is a mobile, 3/4 height cabinet with a removable bottom mount control module. It has a thermostat that can reach temperatures up to 200°F and comes with fixed wire slides on 3" centers, allowing for a capacity of either (14) 18" x 26" pans or (26) 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans. The cabinet is insulated and has a door with Blue Insulation Armour™, which provides a cool-to-touch exterior and helps retain heat and save energy. It is made of durable aluminum and has 5" casters, two of which have brakes. The cabinet operates on 120v/60/1-ph and has a power rating of 1440 watts and 12 amps. It is cULus and NSF certified.
The standard features of the C5™ 3 Series Heated Holding Cabinet include three slide styles for maximum holding capacity, the option to choose between high wattage or low wattage models, reliability and durability, fast heat-up and recovery through a thermostatically controlled, forced convection system, and the availability of different colors for the Insulation Armour™.
Additional options and accessories for the cabinet include a travel latch, 6" casters, a small item shelf, stainless steel legs, rear rigid casters, factory left-hand hinging, a flush door latch, stainless steel universal slides, straight plugs with different amp ratings, and chrome universal slide pairs.
The specifications of the cabinet include High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) Insulation Armour™, a smooth polymer drip trough with catch pan, high temperature Santoprene gaskets, molded hand holds on all four corners, a polymer high-strength magnetic pull latch with lever-action release, field reversible double hinged doors with long-life nylon bearings, clear doors with an aluminum frame and polycarbonate window, and solid doors that are fully insulated with fiberglass and aluminum. The cabinet also has four casters with neoprene wheels, a ball bearing blower forced air system, and holding modules that are removable without tools and include a digital thermometer, recessed control dials, a master on/off switch, a "Power On" light, a water pan, and a ball bearing blower forced air system.
