The C5™ 3 Series Heated Holding Cabinet is a mobile, full-height cabinet with Blue Insulation Armour™. It features a clear polycarbonate door and a removable bottom mount control module. The thermostat can be set to a maximum temperature of 200°F. The cabinet has lip load slides on 1-1/2" centers, with a capacity to hold 35 pans measuring 18" x 26". It is equipped with 5" casters, two of which have brakes. The cabinet is made of aluminum and operates on 120v/60/1-ph, with a power output of 2000 watts and 16.7 amps. It is cULus and NSF certified.

Additional options and accessories for the cabinet include a travel latch, 6" casters, a small item shelf, stainless steel legs, rear rigid casters, factory left-hand hinging, a flush door latch, stainless steel universal slides, straight plugs in 20 Amp or 15 Amp, and chrome universal slide pairs.
The specifications of the cabinet include High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) Insulation Armour™, a smooth polymer drip trough with catch pan, high temperature Santoprene gaskets, molded hand holds on all four corners, a polymer magnetic pull latch with lever-action release, field reversible double hinged doors, clear or solid doors, four casters with neoprene wheels, and removable holding modules with digital thermometer, recessed control dials, master on/off switch, "Power On" light, water pan, and ball bearing blower forced air system.
