The C5™ 3 Series Heated Holding Cabinet is a mobile, 3/4 height cabinet with a removable bottom mount control module. It has a thermostat that can reach up to 200°F and can hold up to 27 18" x 26" pans on lip load slides. The cabinet is insulated and has a Red Insulation Armour™, which is durable and cool to touch. It is made of aluminum and has 5" casters, two of which have brakes. The cabinet operates on 120v/60/1-ph and has a power of 2000 watts and 16.7 amps. It is cULus and NSF certified.
The cabinet comes with three slide styles for maximum holding capacity: Universal Wire, Lip Load, or Fixed Wire. It also offers power options, with high wattage or low wattage models available based on specific needs. The C5™ 3 Series Heated Holding Cabinet is designed for reliability and durability, with high-quality components for long-lasting use. It provides fast heat-up and recovery through a thermostatically controlled, forced convection system.
The Insulation Armour™ is available in Red, Blue, or Gray standard colors, with other colors available upon request. It retains heat, saves energy, and has a dent, impact, and stain resistant polymer construction. The cabinet doors can be solid insulated aluminum or clear polycarbonate, with full length or dutch-style options for full height cabinets. Clear doors provide visibility without heat loss.
The control module options include Holding, Moisture, and Combination Proof and Hold. They feature an easy-to-read digital thermometer, recessed control dials, a master on/off switch, and power indicator lights. The modules are removable without tools for easy cleaning and allow for future upgrades without replacing the entire cabinet body.
Optional accessories for the C5™ 3 Series Heated Holding Cabinet include a travel latch, 6" casters, small item shelf, stainless steel legs, rear rigid casters, factory left-hand hinging, flush door latch, stainless steel universal slides, and different plug options.
The cabinet is made of High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) Insulation Armour™ and has a smooth polymer drip trough with a catch pan. It has high temperature, door mounted Santoprene gaskets and molded hand holds on all four corners. The latches are polymer high-strength magnetic pull latches with lever-action release.
