The C5™ 6 Series Heated Holding Cabinet is a mobile, full-height cabinet made of insulated 304 stainless steel. It features solid Dutch doors, top-mounted controls, and an analog thermometer. The cabinet has a ducted heating system with a thermostat that can be set from 70°F to 200°F. It has universal wire slides that can hold either 17 18" x 26" pans or 32 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans. The wire slides are adjustable on 1-1/2" increments. The cabinet is equipped with 5" casters, two of which have brakes. It operates on 120v/60/1-ph power with 2000 watts and 16.7 amps. It is cULus, NSF, and ENERGY STAR® certified.
The cabinet has several standard features, including a rapid heat-up and recovery time, an integral water pan system for adding humidity, top-mounted controls for easy access and cleaning, and a reliable and durable construction. It is also ENERGY STAR rated.
The 6 Series controller allows for easy temperature control with a dial and features an always-on analog thermometer that displays the cabinet temperature even when the cabinet is turned off or unplugged.
