The C5™ 3 Series Heated Holding Cabinet is a mobile, full-height cabinet with a capacity for (18) 18" x 26" or (34) 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans. It features Dutch clear polycarbonate doors and a removable bottom mount control module. The thermostat can be set to a maximum temperature of 200°F. The cabinet is insulated with Grey Insulation Armour™, which retains heat, saves energy, and has a cool-to-touch exterior. It is made of durable aluminum and has 5" casters, two of which have brakes. The cabinet operates on 120v/60/1-ph power, with a wattage of 1440 and an amperage of 12. It is UL, CUL, and NSF certified.
The cabinet offers three slide styles for maximum holding capacity: Universal Wire, Lip Load, or Fixed Wire. It comes in both high wattage and low wattage models to suit different needs. The C5™ 3 Series Heated Holding Cabinet is designed for reliability and durability, with high-quality components for long-lasting use. It provides fast heat-up and recovery through a thermostatically controlled, forced convection system.
The Insulation Armour™ technology used in the cabinet's construction helps to retain heat, save energy, and provide a cool-to-touch exterior. It is available in Red, Blue, or Gray standard colors, with other colors available upon request. The cabinet can be equipped with either solid insulated aluminum doors or clear polycarbonate doors. The clear doors allow visibility of the contents without losing heat.
The control module options include Holding, Moisture, and Combination Proof and Hold. All modules feature an easy-to-read digital thermometer, recessed control dials, a master on/off switch, and power indicator lights. They are removable without tools for easy cleaning and allow for future upgrades without replacing the entire cabinet body.
The C5™ 3 Series Heated Holding Cabinet offers various options and accessories, including a travel latch, 6" casters, a small item shelf, stainless steel legs, rear rigid casters, factory left-hand hinging, a flush door latch, stainless steel universal slides, and different plug options.
