The C5™ 3 Series Heated Holding Cabinet is a mobile, half-height insulated cabinet with a removable bottom mount control module. It has a thermostat that can reach up to 200°F and fixed wire slides on 3" centers, allowing for a capacity of either (8) 18" x 26" pans or (16) 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans. The cabinet is made of aluminum and has 5" casters, two of which have brakes. It operates on 120v/60/1-ph with 2000 watts and 16.7 amps. It is cULus and NSF certified.

The cabinet also has the option of solid insulated aluminum or clear polycarbonate doors, and three control modules: Holding, Moisture, and Combination Proof and Hold.
There are several options and accessories available for the C5™ 3 Series Heated Holding Cabinet, including a travel latch, 6" casters, a small item shelf, stainless steel legs, rear rigid casters, factory left-hand hinging, a flush door latch, stainless steel universal slides, and different types of plugs and slide pairs.
