The C5™ 3 Series Heated Holding Cabinet is a mobile, insulated cabinet with a clear polycarbonate door. It has a removable bottom mount control module and a thermostat that can reach temperatures up to 200°F. The cabinet has fixed wire slides on 3" centers, allowing for the storage of either (14) 18" x 26" pans or (26) 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans. It is made of aluminum and has 5" casters, two of which have brakes. The cabinet operates on 120v/60/1-ph and has a wattage of 1440 watts and an amperage of 12 amps. It is cULus and NSF certified.
The C5™ 3 Series Heated Holding Cabinet comes with several standard features. It has three slide styles to maximize holding capacity, and customers can choose between high wattage or low wattage models depending on their needs. The cabinet is designed for reliability and durability, with high-quality components that ensure a long lifespan. It also provides fast heat-up and recovery through a thermostatically controlled, forced convection system.
The cabinet is available in three standard colors: Red, Blue, or Gray. It features patented Insulation Armour™ technology, which retains heat, saves energy, and keeps the exterior cool to the touch. The Insulation Armour™ is made of durable polymer that is dent, impact, and stain resistant. It also has molded-in hand holds for easy mobility.
Customers can choose between solid insulated aluminum doors or clear polycarbonate doors. The clear doors provide visibility of the contents without losing heat when opened. Full Height cabinets can be configured with full length or dutch-style doors.
The C5™ 3 Series Heated Holding Cabinet comes with three control modules: Holding, Moisture, and Combination Proof and Hold. All modules have an easy-to-read digital thermometer, recessed control dials, a master on/off switch, and power indicator lights. They are removable without tools for easy cleaning and allow for future upgrades without replacing the entire cabinet body.
There are also several options and accessories available for the cabinet, including a travel latch, 6" casters, a small item shelf, stainless steel legs, rear rigid casters, factory left-hand hinging, a flush door latch, stainless steel universal slides, and different plug options.
