The C5™ 3 Series Heated Holding Cabinet is a mobile, full-height cabinet with a clear polycarbonate door. It has a removable bottom mount control module and a thermostat that can reach temperatures up to 200°F. The cabinet can hold up to 35 pans measuring 18" x 26" and has lip load slides on 1-1/2" centers. It is made of aluminum and has 5" casters, two of which have brakes. The cabinet operates on 120v/60/1-ph and has a wattage of 1440 watts and an amperage of 12 amps. It is UL, CUL, and NSF certified.
The cabinet comes with various standard features including three slide styles for maximum holding capacity, the option to choose between high or low wattage models, reliability and durability, fast heat-up and recovery, and insulation Armour™ technology that retains heat and provides a cool-to-touch exterior. The cabinet also has options for different colors and door types.
There are also various options and accessories available for the cabinet including a travel latch, 6" casters, a small item shelf, stainless steel legs, rear rigid casters, factory left-hand hinging, a flush door latch, stainless steel universal slides, and different plug options.
The cabinet is made of high-density polyethylene (HDPE) insulation Armour™ and has a smooth polymer drip trough with a catch pan. It has high-temperature Santoprene gaskets, molded hand holds on all four corners, polymer high-strength magnetic pull latches, and field reversible double hinged doors. The clear doors are made of extruded aluminum with a polycarbonate window, while the solid doors are fully insulated with fiberglass and aluminum. The cabinet has four casters with neoprene wheels and a ball bearing blower forced air system. The holding modules are removable without tools and have a digital thermometer, recessed control dials, a master on/off switch, a "Power On" light, a water pan, and a ball bearing blower forced air system.
