The C5™ 3 Series Heated Holding Cabinet is a mobile, full-height insulated cabinet with Dutch insulated aluminum doors. It features a removable bottom mount control module and a thermostat that can reach temperatures up to 200°F. The cabinet has fixed wire slides on 3" centers, allowing for a pan capacity of either (18) 18" x 26" or (34) 12" x 20" x 2-1/2". It is equipped with 5" casters, two of which have brakes. The cabinet is made of aluminum and operates on 120v/60/1-ph with 2000 watts and 16.7 amps. It is cULus and NSF certified.
The standard features of the C5™ 3 Series Heated Holding Cabinet include three slide styles for maximum holding capacity, the option to choose between high or low wattage models, reliability and durability, fast heat-up and recovery, and insulation Armour™ technology that retains heat, saves energy, and provides a cool-to-touch exterior. The cabinet is available in Red, Blue, or Gray, with other colors available upon request. It also offers the option of solid insulated aluminum or clear polycarbonate doors, with full-length or Dutch-style doors for full-height cabinets. The control module options include Holding, Moisture, and Combination Proof and Hold, all featuring an easy-to-read digital thermometer, recessed control dials, a master on/off switch, and power indicator lights. The modules are removable without tools for easy cleaning and allow for future upgrades without replacing the entire cabinet body.
The C5™ 3 Series Heated Holding Cabinet also offers various options and accessories, such as a travel latch, 6" casters, a small item shelf, stainless steel legs, rear rigid casters, factory left-hand hinging, a flush door latch, stainless steel universal slides, and different plug options. The specifications of the cabinet include High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) insulation Armour™, a smooth polymer drip trough with a catch pan, high-temperature Santoprene gaskets, molded hand holds on all four corners, a polymer high-strength magnetic pull latch with a lever-action release, field reversible double hinged doors with long-life nylon bearings, clear doors with an aluminum frame and polycarbonate window, and solid doors fully insulated with fiberglass and aluminum.
