The C5™ 3 Series Heated Holding & Proofing Cabinet is a mobile, 3/4 height cabinet with a removable bottom mount control module. It has a thermostat that can reach up to 200°F and can hold up to 27 pans measuring 18" x 26". The cabinet is insulated and has a Red Insulation Armour™, which provides heat retention and energy savings. It is made of durable aluminum and has 5" casters, two of which have brakes. The cabinet operates on 120v/60/1-ph and has a wattage of 1440 watts and 12 amps. It is cULus and NSF certified.
The cabinet comes with three slide styles for maximum holding capacity: Universal Wire, Lip Load, or Fixed Wire. It also offers the option of high wattage or low wattage models depending on the specific needs of the application. The C5™ 3 Series Heated Holding & Proofing Cabinet is designed for reliability and durability, with high-quality components that ensure a long life of worry-free use. It provides fast heat-up and recovery through a thermostatically controlled, forced convection system.
The cabinet is available in different colors, including Red, Blue, or Gray. It features the patented Insulation Armour™ technology, which not only retains heat and saves energy but also provides a cool-to-touch exterior. The insulation is made of high-density polyethylene (HDPE) and is dent, impact, and stain resistant. The cabinet has molded-in hand holds for easy mobility.
The C5™ 3 Series Heated Holding & Proofing Cabinet offers the option of solid insulated aluminum or clear polycarbonate doors. Full Height cabinets can be configured with full-length or dutch-style doors. Clear doors provide visibility of the contents without the heat loss associated with opening the door.
The cabinet comes with three control modules: Holding, Moisture, and Combination Proof and Hold. All modules feature an easy-to-read digital thermometer, recessed control dials, a master on/off switch, and power indicator lights. The modules are removable without tools for easy cleaning and allow for future upgrades without replacing the entire cabinet body.
There are also various options and accessories available for the cabinet, including a travel latch, 6" casters, small item shelf, stainless steel legs, rear rigid casters, factory left-hand hinging, flush door latch, stainless steel universal slides, and different plug options.
