The C5™ 3 Series Heated Holding & Proofing Cabinet is a mobile, 3/4 height cabinet with a lower wattage and Grey Insulation Armour™. It features an insulated cabinet and door, a removable bottom mount control module, and a thermostat that can reach temperatures up to 200°F. The cabinet has universal wire slides on 3" centers, which are adjustable on 1-1/2" increments, and can hold up to (14) 18" x 26" or (26) 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans. It is equipped with 5" casters, two of which have brakes. The cabinet is made of aluminum and operates on 120v/60/1-ph with 1440 watts and 12 amps. It is cULus and NSF certified.
The standard features of the C5™ 3 Series Heated Holding & Proofing Cabinet include three slide styles for maximum holding capacity, the option to choose between high wattage or low wattage models, reliability and durability, fast heat-up and recovery through a thermostatically controlled, forced convection system, and the availability of Insulation Armour™ in Red, Blue, or Gray. The Insulation Armour™ is made of durable polymer construction that is dent, impact, and stain resistant, and it retains heat, saves energy, and provides a cool-to-touch exterior. The cabinet is available with solid insulated aluminum or clear polycarbonate doors, and the control module is removable without tools for easy cleaning and future upgrades.
Optional accessories for the C5™ 3 Series Heated Holding & Proofing Cabinet include a travel latch, 6" casters, a small item shelf, stainless steel legs, rear rigid casters, factory left-hand hinging, a flush door latch, stainless steel universal slides, straight plugs in 20 Amp or 15 Amp, and chrome universal slide pairs.
