The RackStar® 44 Dishwasher is a conveyor type dishwasher that utilizes high temperature sanitizing with steam tank heat. It has a single tank design and has a capacity of approximately 223 racks per hour, using 0.35 gallons of water per rack. The dishwasher is fully automatic, including auto-fill, and has adjustable conveyor speed. It features a digital temperature readout, double-wall insulated doors on the front, and EnergyGuard™ controls. The dishwasher also includes the Dual Rainbow Rinse™ system, with the option of Econo or Turbo rinse. It has a vent cowl collar with an adjustable damper, vent fan control, and a strike plate table limit switch. The dishwasher is made of stainless steel construction and has adjustable bullet feet. It has a 3 HP pump and a 1/4 HP conveyor. The dishwasher is cETLus, NSF, and ENERGY STAR® certified.
Standard features of the dishwasher include splash shields, a front dress panel, adjustable bullet feet, a 15kW wash tank heater, exhaust vent fan control, self-cleaning wash arms, an adjustable rinse system, a digital LED control panel, the WISR® Cleaning System, adjustable vent cowl collars, stainless steel strainer pans, 19-3/4" clearance, a strike plate table limit switch, stainless steel frame and legs, exclusive EnergyGuard™ controls, fully automatic operation including auto-fill, a self-draining stainless steel wash pump, large front access for ease of maintenance, and the Rainbow Rinse™ system with arched rinse arm design. The dishwasher also has double-wall insulated doors to retain heat and generate less heat in the dishroom.
Mandatory specifications for the dishwasher include specifying the power source (steam or electric) and the voltage. The sanitizing method can be specified as high temperature or chemical sanitizing. The direction of operation can be specified as left to right or right to left.
Optional features for the dishwasher include flanged feet, a prison package, a steam booster heater, a 1/2" pressure regulator, a 23" or 30" unhooded side loader, a single point connection with onboard booster (3 phase only), an onboard booster, and the option of a 40°F or 70°F rise.
