The dishwasher is a conveyor type with an adjustable conveyor speed. It has a high temperature sanitizing feature that can handle approximately 287 racks per hour. The dishwasher has a 2-tank design with a 22" recirculating prewash and a 25" clearance through the machine. It is made of stainless steel construction and uses steam coil tank heat. The dishwasher also has 8" vent cowls/splash shields, vent fan control, and is cETLus and NSF certified. Some of the standard features of the dishwasher include fully automatic operation with auto-fill, an incoming water pressure regulator, and externally operated lever drains. It uses 0.77 gallons per rack for the hi-temp sanitizing rinse. The dishwasher is totally electro-mechanical with no solid state controls. It is built with heavy gauge construction for durability and has standard 8" vent cowls/splash shields on both ends. The dishwasher has a self-draining stainless steel prewash, wash, and recirculating rinse pumps. It has a stainless steel frame, legs, adjustable bullet feet, and front appearance panel. The standard 25" clearance allows for washing large utensils, trays, and bun pans. The dishwasher also has an exclusive "Energy Guard" controls system that only energizes the necessary sections when a rack is in place. It also has an exclusive Adjust-A-Peak feature that allows manual adjustment of the conveyor speed from 144 racks per hour to the maximum capacity of 287 racks per hour.
