The RackStar® 66 Dishwasher is a conveyor type dishwasher that offers high temperature sanitizing. It features Energy Recovery and electric tank heat with a 27.0 kW 70° booster heater. The dishwasher has a single tank design with a 22" pre-wash section. It has a capacity of approximately 223 racks per hour, using 0.35 gallons per rack. The dishwasher is fully automatic, including auto-fill, and has adjustable conveyor speed. It has a digital temperature readout and double-wall insulated doors on the front. The dishwasher also includes EnergyGuard™ controls and Dual Rainbow Rinse™ options - Econo (0.35 gpr) or Turbo (0.51 gpr). It has a vent cowl collar with an adjustable damper, vent fan control, strike plate table limit switch, and splash shields. The dishwasher is made of stainless steel construction and has adjustable bullet feet. It has a 3 HP pump and a 1/4 HP conveyor. The dishwasher is cETLus, NSF, and ENERGY STAR® certified.
