The RackStar® 44 Dishwasher is a conveyor type dishwasher that offers high temperature sanitizing. It features Energy Recovery and electric tank heat with a 27.0 kW 70° booster heater. The dishwasher has a single tank design and can handle approximately 223 racks per hour, using 0.35 gallons of water per rack. It is fully automatic, including auto-fill, and has adjustable conveyor speed. The dishwasher has a digital temperature readout and double-wall insulated doors on the front. It also includes EnergyGuard™ controls and Dual Rainbow Rinse™ options. The dishwasher is made of stainless steel construction and has adjustable bullet feet. It has a 3 HP pump and a 1/4 HP conveyor. The dishwasher is cETLus, NSF, and ENERGY STAR® certified.
Standard features of the dishwasher include splash shields, front dress panel, adjustable bullet feet, self-cleaning wash arms, adjustable rinse system, WISR® Cleaning System, digital LED control panel, built-in pressure regulator, adjustable vent cowl collars, 19-3/4" clearance, strike plate table limit switch, stainless steel strainer pans, 27kW electric booster heater, stainless steel frame and legs, fully automatic operation, and exclusive EnergyGuard™ controls. The dishwasher also has a self-draining stainless steel wash pump and large front access for easy maintenance. The double-wall insulated doors help retain heat and generate less heat in the dishroom.
Optional features for the dishwasher include flanged feet, prison package, single point connection with onboard booster (3 phase only), 23" unhooded side loader, and 30" unhooded side loader.
Accessories available for the dishwasher include Scaltrol, peg rack, sheet pan rack, combination rack, drain quench system, water hammer arrestor, and 36-compartment rack in various heights.
The dishwasher uses 0.35 gallons of water per rack in Econo Rinse mode and 0.52 gallons of water per rack in Turbo Rinse mode. It can clean 223 racks per hour and is made of durable stainless steel construction.
