The dishwasher is a conveyor type with an adjustable conveyor speed. It has a high temperature sanitizing rinse that can handle approximately 287 racks per hour. The dishwasher has a 2-tank design with a wash and power rinse tank. It also has a 36" recirculating prewash and a 25" clearance through the machine. The dishwasher is made of stainless steel construction and uses steam coil tank heat. It has 8" vent cowls and a splash shield, as well as a vent fan control. The dishwasher is cETLus and NSF certified. Standard features of the dishwasher include fully automatic operation with auto-fill, an incoming water pressure regulator, and externally operated lever drains. It uses 0.77 gallons of water per rack for the high temperature sanitizing rinse. The dishwasher is totally electro-mechanical and does not use solid state controls. It is made of heavy gauge construction for durability and has standard 8" vent cowls and splash shields. The dishwasher has self-draining stainless steel prewash, wash, and recirculating rinse pumps. The frame, legs, adjustable bullet feet, and front appearance panel are all made of stainless steel. The dishwasher has a standard 25" clearance, allowing for the washing of large utensils, trays, and bun pans. The dishwasher also features an exclusive "Energy Guard" controls system that only energizes the prewash, wash, recirculating rinse, and final rinse sections when a rack is in place. It also has an exclusive Adjust-A-Peak feature that allows the owner operator to manually adjust the speed of the conveyor system from 144 racks per hour to the maximum capacity of 287 racks per hour.
