The RackStar® 44 Dishwasher is a conveyor type dishwasher with high temperature sanitizing and electric tank heat. It has a single tank design and can handle approximately 223 racks per hour, using 0.35 gallons of water per rack. The dishwasher is fully automatic, including auto-fill, and has adjustable conveyor speed. It features a digital temperature readout, double-wall insulated doors on the front, EnergyGuard™ controls, and Dual Rainbow Rinse™ with the option of Econo or Turbo settings. The dishwasher also includes a vent cowl collar with adjustable damper, vent fan control, splash shields, stainless steel construction, adjustable bullet feet, a 3 HP pump, and a 1/4 HP conveyor. It is cETLus, NSF, and ENERGY STAR® certified.
The dishwasher comes with standard features such as splash shields, a front dress panel, adjustable bullet feet, a 15kW wash tank heater, exhaust vent fan control, self-cleaning wash arms, adjustable rinse system, digital LED control panel, WISR® Cleaning System, adjustable vent cowl collars, stainless steel strainer pans, 19-3/4" clearance, a strike plate table limit switch, stainless steel frame and legs, exclusive EnergyGuard™ controls, fully automatic operation including auto-fill, a self-draining stainless steel wash pump, large front access for easy maintenance, and Rainbow Rinse™ with arched rinse arm design. The dishwasher also has double-wall insulated doors to retain heat and generate less heat in the dishroom.
Mandatory specifications include specifying the power source (steam or electric) and voltage, as well as the sanitizing method (high temperature or chemical). The direction of operation can be specified as left to right or right to left.
Optional features include flanged feet, a prison package, steam booster heater, 1/2" pressure regulator, 23" or 30" unhooded side loader, single point connection with onboard booster (3 phase only), onboard booster, and different temperature rise options.
Accessories available for the dishwasher include Scaltrol, peg rack, sheet pan rack, combination rack, drain quench system, water hammer arrestor, and 36-compartment rack. The rack heights available are 7" tall, 4-1/8" tall, and 5-5/8" tall.
