The Imperial ISB-36-E Restaurant Series range match salamander broiler is an electric broiler designed for restaurant kitchens. It has a width of 36 inches and features two 3-kilowatt incoloy heating elements. The broiler has a spring-balanced cradle assembly with a 10-inch rollout and a removable full-width broiler pan with a pull handle. It operates at 6 kilowatts and can be used with 208 and 240 volts with 3 phase operation. The broiler is cETLus and ETL certified. It has independent left and right heating zones and is constructed with aluminized steel. The top, front, and sides are made of stainless steel with welded and polished seams. The broiler has cast aluminum control knobs and a broiler carriage with four positions and positive locking. It is designed for cooking foods directly on the rack and can be mounted over IR and IHR Imperial ranges or wall or counter mounted.
