The Sentry Series Salamander Broiler is an electric broiler designed to match a 60" wide restaurant range. It features a stainless steel construction with a large capacity removable grease pan. The broiler has a fixed position broiling rack with dual control Sun Ray elements. The rack has a flat or easy view tilt position and a roll-in, roll-out feature. The broiler has a large cooking surface of 14 1/8" x 29 1/8". It comes with a heat resistant, cool touch handle with an easy grip shape. The broiler has six metal sheath elements, with three over each half of the broiler rack, providing a total power of 7 kW. Optional features include a stainless steel main back and stainless steel wall-mount brackets. The broiler is available in both wall-mounted and counter-mounted versions. It also has models specifically designed for mounting on range models S686 and S684, with the SER-684 and SUER-684 models featuring a 25" holding shelf that attaches to the back guard beside the salamander. The broiler comes with a one-year limited warranty on parts and labor.
