The Sentry Series Salamander Broiler is an electric broiler designed to match a 36" wide restaurant range. It features a 34" wide broiler backsplash and dual control Sun Ray elements. The broiler rack is fixed in position and made of stainless steel construction. It has a large capacity removable grease pan and a heat resistant, cool touch handle with an easy grip shape. The broiler has a large cooking surface of 14.1/8" X 29 1/8". It comes with a one year limited warranty on parts and labor. The broiler has six metal sheath elements, with three on each half of the broiler rack, totaling 7 kW. Optional features include a stainless steel main back and stainless steel wall-mount brackets. The broiler can be wall mounted or counter mounted, and there are also models available for mounting on specific range models.
