The Vulcan 36ESB-240 Salamander Broiler is an electrically-heated salamander broiler that is 36" wide. It features dual temperature controls, allowing for zone cooking. The broiler has a six-position adjustable grid, allowing for optimal height adjustments for perfect browning. The broiler is made with stainless steel on the top, front, and sides, making it easy to clean and durable. It comes with a removable full-width spillage pan, which can be easily cleaned. The broiler has two 2,250 W heating elements, providing separate zones with independently controllable infinite switch controls. This allows for precise temperature control and better cooking zone control. The broiler can be installed on a reinforced range back riser, mounted on a wall with optional brackets, or placed on a counter with optional legs. Additional options for the broiler include a range inter-plumb kit, stainless steel back panel, set of wall mount brackets, stainless steel bottom panel, set of 4" legs with adjustable feet, and a stainless steel reinforced shelf for range mount. The broiler operates on 240v/3-ph power, but it can be field convertible to 1-ph power. It is CSA Design Certified and NSF Listed.
