Hatco Drop-In Slim Ice Wells offer the same high-quality features as our Refrigerated Drop-Ins, but without any refrigeration or electrical components. Our slim line configuration ensures that customers can easily access the well, regardless of the sneeze guards. These insulated units use ice to keep pre-chilled food products at the desired serving temperatures, making them perfect for salad bars, cold buffets, and chilled beverage bars. The bezel design allows for clear viewing and easy access to the food. The larger 1" brass drain with a flat screen simplifies cleaning. These ice wells can be seamlessly integrated with the rest of the Hatco Wells line for a cohesive look. The false bottom accessory holds ice above the drain, making it easier to drain. The slim configurations can hold 1 to 4 full-size pan configurations placed lengthwise. The optimal insulation on the sides and bottom ensures better cold retention and cost savings. Options available at the time of purchase include the Slant Kit, which gives the Ice Wells a 5° tilt. Accessories for the Ice Wells include Pan Support Bars in a 12" size, a Perforated False Bottom that hangs from the pan shelf or is placed on the bottom of the unit, and Stainless Steel Food Pans in various sizes (Full-Size, Half-Size, and Third-Size) and heights (4", 6", and 2.5"). Wire Trivets Stainless are also available in Full-Size and Half-Size options.
