Hatco Drop-In Slim Ice Wells offer the same high-quality features as our Refrigerated Drop-Ins, but without any refrigeration or electrical components. They are now available in a slim line design, making it easy for customers to access the well, regardless of the sneeze guards. These insulated units use ice to keep pre-chilled food products at the desired serving temperatures, making them perfect for salad bars, cold buffets, and chilled beverage bars. The units come with pan dividers for added flexibility in displaying different food products. The bezel design allows for clear viewing and easy access to the food. The larger 1" brass drain with a flat screen makes cleaning a breeze. The Slim Ice Wells are designed to match the rest of the Hatco Wells line for a cohesive look. The false bottom accessory is available to hold the ice above the drain, making draining easier. The Slim Ice Wells come in configurations that can hold 1 to 4 full-size pans, placed lengthwise. The optimal insulation on the sides and bottom ensures better cold retention and cost savings. Optional accessories include a Slant Kit to give the Ice Wells a 5° tilt. Additional accessories available include pan support bars, a perforated false bottom that can hang from the pan shelf or be placed on the bottom of the unit, and stainless steel food pans in various sizes. Wire trivets in stainless steel are also available in full-size and half-size options.
