The Drop-In Cold Food Unit is an iced cold pan that measures 84"L x 27"D. It does not include pans, but it is insulated and has a bezel design. The unit is made of stainless steel construction and has a 1" brass drain with a screen. It is proudly made in the USA. The Hatco Drop-In Ice Wells are similar to our Refrigerated Drop-Ins, but they do not have any refrigeration or electrical components. These units are ice-cooled and insulated, allowing you to hold pre-chilled food products at the desired serving temperatures. They are perfect for salad bars, cold buffets, and chilled beverage bars. The pan dividers provide flexibility in showcasing different food products. The unit features a larger 1" brass drain with a flat screen, making it easier to clean. It also matches the Hatco line of Wells for a cohesive look. Full-size insulated Wells are available in 1- to 6-pan configurations. The false bottom accessory holds ice above the drain for convenient draining. The optimal insulation on the sides and bottom ensures better cold retention and cost savings. Options available at the time of purchase include a Slant Kit to give the Ice Wells a 5o tilt. Accessories for the unit include Pan Support Bars in 20" and 12" lengths, as well as a Perforated False Bottom that can be hung from the pan shelf or placed on the bottom of the unit. Stainless Steel Food Pans are available in Full-Size (4" H), Full-Size (6" H), Full-Size (2.5" H), Half-Size (2.5" H), and Third-Size (2.5" H) options. Stainless Steel Wire Trivets are available in Full-Size and Half-Size. Plated Wire Trivets are also available in Full-Size and Half-Size.
