The Drop-In Cold Food Unit is a iced cold pan measuring 19"L x 27"D. It does not include a pan, but it is insulated and has a bezel design. The unit is made of stainless steel construction and has a 1" brass drain with a screen. It is proudly made in the USA. The Hatco Drop-In Ice Wells are similar to our Refrigerated Drop-Ins, but they do not have any refrigeration or electrical components. These units are ice-cooled and insulated, allowing you to keep pre-chilled food products at the desired serving temperatures. They are perfect for salad bars, cold buffets, and chilled beverage bars. The units also come with pan dividers, giving you more flexibility in showcasing different food products. The larger 1" brass drain with a flat screen makes cleaning easier. The unit also matches the Hatco line of Wells for a seamless look. We offer full-size insulated Wells that can hold 1 to 6 pan configurations. Additionally, we have a false bottom accessory that holds ice above the drain for convenient draining. The optimal insulation on the sides and bottom ensures better cold retention and cost savings. We also offer options such as a Slant Kit, which gives the Ice Wells a 5o tilt. Our accessories include Pan Support Bars in 20" and 12" lengths, as well as a Perforated False Bottom that can be hung from the pan shelf or placed on the bottom of the unit. For your convenience, we provide Stainless Steel Food Pans in various sizes, including Full-Size (4" H, 6" H, and 2.5" H), Half-Size (2.5" H), and Third-Size (2.5" H). We also offer Stainless Steel Wire Trivets in Full-Size and Half-Size, as well as Plated Wire Trivets in Full-Size and Half-Size.
