The Hatco Refrigerated Slim Drop-In Well is a convenient and efficient way to keep your pre-chilled food products fresh and tasty. This full-size unit is designed to fit lengthwise, providing easy access to a complete cold well without being obstructed by sneeze guards. Cleaning is made easy with a 1" NPT brass drain, and the unit is environmentally friendly with insulation used throughout. The optimal insulation on the sides and bottom ensures better cold retention, keeping your food product cold without drying it out. The well is available in configurations of 1 to 4 full-size pans, placed lengthwise. Auto-defrost is activated through an advanced electronic controller, and the cold wall construction is NSF 7 approved, using R-404A refrigerant. The condensing unit is adjustable and can rotate 180° for easy venting adjustments and flexibility during installation. Serviceability is also made easy with a sight glass, service valves, dryer/filter, and a receiver. The mobile condensing unit can be moved in increments from center to left on the two-, three-, and four-pan units. Additional options include a slant kit to give the cold wells a 5° tilt and an additional four-year parts only warranty on the compressor at the time of unit purchase. Accessories available include pan support bars, stainless steel food pans in various sizes, and wire trivets stainless. There is also a false bottom option with a perforated false bottom.
