The Drop-In Refrigerated Well is a top mount unit that can hold up to four full-size pans. It features electronic temperature control, pan support bars for full-size pans, and a condenser unit that can be rotated for easy installation. The unit is insulated and has a drain for easy cleaning. It is made with aluminized steel housing and a stainless steel bezel. The Refrigerated Well is 1/3hp and cULus certified. It is made in the USA. The Refrigerated Well has several standard features that make it a reliable and efficient option. It has a unique top angled inside wall design that effectively blankets the food product with cold air to keep it cold and fresh. The unit is environmentally friendly with insulation used throughout. It can hold full-size pans in configurations ranging from one to six pans. The unit is designed to match the Hatco line of Heated Wells for a fully integrated look. The insulation on the sides and bottom ensures better cold retention. The unit has an auto-defrost feature activated through an advanced electronic controller. It is NSF 7 approved and uses R-404A refrigerant to keep the food product cold without drying it out. The condensing unit is adjustable and can rotate 90o or 180o for easy venting adjustments. The mobile condensing unit can be moved in increments for flexibility at installation. The unit is easy to service with a sight glass, service valves, dryer/filter, and a receiver. It also has a long, flexible refrigerant line for easy service. There are also options available for the Refrigerated Well. A Slant Kit can be purchased to give the Cold Wells a 5° tilt. Additionally, an additional four-year parts only warranty on the compressor can be purchased at the time of unit purchase. Accessories for the Refrigerated Well include Pan Support Bars in 20" and 12" lengths. Stainless Steel Food Pans are also available in various sizes, including full-size, half-size, and third-size. Trivets are available in full-size and half-size options. A False Bottom with perforations is also available.
