The Drop-In Refrigerated Well is a top mount unit that can hold up to 6 full-size pans. It features electronic temperature control, auto defrost, and pan support bars for easy placement of pans. The well is insulated with a 1" drain and has an aluminized steel housing with a stainless steel bezel. The control panel and TXV valve are shipped loose for installation. This product does not include a condensing unit. The Remote Refrigerated Drop-In Wells from Hatco are designed to keep pre-chilled food products at safe serving temperatures. The unique top angled inside wall design ensures that cold air effectively blankets the food, keeping it optimally cold and fresh. The well is NSF 7 approved and uses R-404A refrigerant to keep the food cold without drying it out. There are two models available: CWBR and CWBX. The CWBR model includes a condensing unit and control panel, which can be installed in a more convenient location. The CWBX model includes only a control panel, providing increased flexibility for multiple cold well configurations. Optional accessories include a Slant Kit to give the Cold Wells a 5° tilt and an additional Four-Year Parts Only Warranty on the Compressor (CWBR only) at the time of unit purchase. Additional accessories available are pan support bars, stainless steel food pans in various sizes, trivets, and a false bottom.
