It features a full-size unit that can be placed lengthwise, providing easy access to a complete cold well. The well is insulated on the sides and bottom, ensuring better cold retention. It also has a 1" NPT brass drain for easy cleaning. The unit uses environmentally friendly insulation and an advanced electronic controller for auto-defrost. The cold wall construction is NSF 7 approved and uses R-404A refrigerant to keep food cold without drying it out. The condensing unit is adjustable and can rotate 180 degrees for easy venting adjustments. The unit is also easy to service, with a sight glass, service valves, dryer/filter, and a receiver. The mobile condensing unit can be moved in increments for added flexibility. Optional accessories include a slant kit for a 5-degree tilt, additional warranty on the compressor, pan support bars, stainless steel food pans in various sizes, wire trivets, and a perforated false bottom.
