The Cecilware® Pro Sandwich/Panini Grill is a single grill with a smooth cast iron cooking surface that measures 9-5/8"W x 9"D. It features a fixed lower grill and a self-balanced hinged upper grill. The grill is made of stainless steel construction and operates on 120v/60/1-ph with a power of 1.8kW and 15.0 amps. It has a NEMA 5-15P plug and is UL and NSF certified. This Panini Sandwich Grill has a modern design and is capable of cooking both sides of a sandwich, hamburger, chicken breast, and other products simultaneously, reducing cooking time. The self-balanced top surface can be adjusted to different heights to ensure even cooking of food. It is perfect for fast and delicious grilled foods and panini style sandwiches. The grill comes with non-slip feet and a stainless steel finish. It is available with either a grooved or flat surface and can reach temperatures up to 570°F. The counter-balanced top plate ensures even cooking, and the heavy-duty cast steel cooking plate is removable and easy to clean. The grill also includes a grease tray for easy maintenance.
