The Cecilware® Pro Sandwich/Panini Grill is a single grill with a 14-1/2"W x 10"D grooved cast iron cooking surface. It features a fixed lower grill and a counter balanced hinged upper grill. The cooking temperature can reach up to 570°F. The grill is made of stainless steel construction and operates on 110v/60/1-ph with a power of 1.4kW and 13.0 amps. It is certified by cETLus and ETL-Sanitation. This grill is perfect for grilling a variety of foods such as steak, chicken sandwiches, burgers, hot dogs, fish, and more. The cast iron griddle surfaces provide even heat distribution. The upper plate is adjustable to different heights. It also has an easily removable stainless steel grease tray for easy cleaning. The grill is available with either grooved or flat surfaces. It has adjustable temperature control switches that can reach up to 575°F.
