The Cecilware® Pro Sandwich/Panini Grill is a double grill with a smooth cast iron cooking surface that measures 19-3/4"W x 10"D. It features a fixed lower grill and two counter balanced hinged upper grills. The cooking temperature can reach up to 570°F. The grill is made of stainless steel construction and operates on 240v/60/1-ph with a power of 3.1kW and 13.0 amps. It is equipped with a NEMA 6-20P plug and is cETLus and ETL-Sanitation certified. This grill is perfect for grilling a variety of foods such as steak, chicken sandwiches, burgers, hot dogs, fish, and more. The cast iron griddle surfaces provide even heat distribution for optimal cooking results. The upper plate is adjustable to different heights, allowing for versatility in cooking. The stainless steel grease tray is easily removable for convenient cleaning. The grill is available with either grooved or flat surfaces. It also features adjustable temperature control switches, allowing for precise cooking temperatures up to 575°F.
