The Cecilware® Pro Sandwich/Panini Grill is a single grill with a smooth cast iron cooking surface measuring 14-1/2"W x 10"D. It features a fixed lower grill and a counterbalanced hinged upper grill. The cooking temperature can reach up to 570°F. The grill is made of stainless steel construction and operates on 110v/60/1-ph with a power of 1.4kW and 13.0 amps. It is equipped with a NEMA 5-15P plug and is cETLus and ETL-Sanitation certified. This grill is perfect for grilling a variety of foods such as steak, chicken sandwiches, burgers, hot dogs, fish, and more. The cast iron griddle surfaces provide even cooking and are available in either grooved or flat options. The upper plate is adjustable to different heights, allowing for versatility in cooking. The stainless steel grease tray is easily removable for cleaning. The grill also features adjustable temperature control switches, allowing for precise cooking temperatures up to 575°F.
