This gas charbroiler is a heavy-duty countertop unit that is 24" wide. It features reversible cast-iron grates and two stainless steel U-style burners with radiant covers. The charbroiler has insulated stainless steel double wall construction and comes with adjustable stainless steel legs. It ships as a natural gas unit but includes an LP conversion kit. It can be field converted to a char rock or combination radiant/char rock unit. It has a BTU rating of 80,000 and is cETLus certified for commercial use. The standard features of this charbroiler include options for radiant or char rock heating units in various widths. It has adjustable stainless steel legs and metal control knobs with set screws. Each burner has a high performance rating of 40,000 BTU. The catch tray is removable and easy to clean. The unit can be converted to radiant, char rock, or combination heating. It comes with heavy-duty cast iron grates with a drip flavor edge. Char rock models also include a cast iron char rock grid. Each burner has an individual adjustable pilot with front panel access. The unit ships as a natural gas unit but includes an LP conversion kit and regulator. The stainless steel U-style burners provide heat control every 12" and flame every 6".
