The gas charbroiler is a countertop unit that is 48" wide and features heavy-duty reversible cast-iron grates. It has four stainless steel U-style burners with cast-iron grids for holding rocks. The pilots are adjustable and can be accessed from the front. The front edge is made of stainless steel and there is a 4" wide grease trough and stainless steel drip pan. The unit has insulated stainless steel double wall construction and metal control knobs with set screws. It also has 4" adjustable stainless steel legs. The unit ships with natural gas but includes an LP conversion kit. It can be field converted to radiant or combination radiant/char rock. The unit has a BTU rating of 160,000 and is cETLus certified. Standard features include adjustable stainless steel legs, metal control knobs with set screws, high performance 40,000 BTU per burner, a removable stainless steel catch tray, and the ability to be field converted to radiant, char rock, or combination. The unit also has heavy-duty cast iron grates with a drip flavor edge and a cast iron char rock grid on char rock models. Each burner has an individual adjustable pilot with front panel access. The unit ships with natural gas but includes an LP conversion kit and regulator. The stainless steel U-style burners provide heat control every 12" and flame every 6". The grate position can be adjusted to be angled or flat, with a backsplash of 2" to 4" depending on the grate position. Radiant covers are available in stainless steel or heavy-duty cast iron on radiant charbroiler models. The unit has insulated double wall construction on the front and sides for superior heating efficiency and a cool-to-touch front edge. Optional accessories include replacement radiant and rock kits. Additional optional accessories include cast iron or stainless steel tent radiant covers and a 30 count box of char rocks, which includes two 6-inch cast iron rock grids.
