The gas charbroiler is a countertop unit that is 36" wide and features heavy-duty reversible cast-iron grates. It has three stainless steel U-style burners with cast-iron radiant covers and adjustable pilots with front access. The unit also has a stainless steel front edge, a 4" wide grease trough, and a stainless steel drip pan. It is insulated with double wall construction and has metal control knobs with set screws. The unit comes with 4" adjustable stainless steel legs and ships as a natural gas unit with an LP conversion kit included. It can be field converted to a char rock or combination radiant/char rock unit. The charbroiler has a BTU rating of 120,000 and is cETLus certified for commercial use. Standard features of the charbroiler include options for radiant or char rock heating units in various widths. It has adjustable 4" stainless steel legs and metal control knobs with set screws. Each burner has a high performance 40,000 BTU rating and there is a removable stainless steel catch tray for easy cleaning. The unit is field convertible to radiant, char rock, or combination heating. It comes with heavy-duty, reversible cast iron grates with a drip flavor edge. Char rock models also include a heavy-duty cast iron char rock grid. Each burner has an individual adjustable pilot with easy front panel access. The unit ships as a natural gas unit but includes an LP conversion kit and regulator. The charbroiler also has stainless steel U-style burners that provide heat control every 12" and a flame every 6". The grate position is versatile and can be angled or flat, with a backsplash height of 2" to 4" depending on the grate position. Radiant covers are available in stainless steel or heavy-duty cast iron for radiant charbroiler models. The front and sides of the unit are insulated with double wall construction for superior heating efficiency, and the front edge remains cool to the touch. Optional accessories for the charbroiler include replacement radiant and rock kits. Radiant heat options include cast iron tent radiant or stainless steel tent radiant. Char rock options include a 30 count box of char rocks, which includes two 6-inch cast iron rock grids and one 30 count box of char rocks per burner.
