The gas charbroiler is a countertop unit that is 24" wide and features heavy-duty reversible cast-iron grates. The unit also has heavy-duty, reversible cast iron grates with a drip flavor edge. Char rock models come with a heavy-duty cast iron char rock grid. Each burner has an individual adjustable pilot with easy front panel access. The unit ships as a natural gas unit but includes an LP conversion kit and regulator. The charbroiler also has stainless steel U-style burners that provide heat control every 12" and flame every 6". The grate position is versatile and can be angled or flat, with a backsplash height of 2" to 4" depending on the grate position. Radiant covers are available in stainless steel or heavy-duty cast iron for radiant charbroiler models. The unit has insulated double wall construction on the front and sides for superior heating efficiency, with an extended cool-to-touch front edge. Optional accessories for the charbroiler include replacement radiant and rock kits. Additional optional accessories include radiant heat options such as cast iron tent radiant and stainless steel tent radiant. Char rock options include a 30 count box of char rocks, which includes two 6-inch cast iron rock grids and one 30 count box of char rocks per burner.
