The Glastender GT-18+2 Glasswasher Station is a pass-through model with built-in tables on both sides. This design allows for efficient workflow in one direction, taking in dirty glasses on one end and delivering clean glasses on the other end. With proper timing, this unit can process 720 glasses per hour, equivalent to about a dozen glasses per minute. The unit comes with two 16" diameter polypropylene racks, allowing for continuous operation as one rack is being washed while the other is being unloaded and reloaded. To further enhance efficiency, additional racks can be purchased, including ones designed for stemware and dish racks. Loading glasses directly onto racks by the busser will maximize efficiency. The control panel of the Glastender-18+2 Glasswasher Station is simple and displays the water temperature with a digital readout. It also has buttons for operating the unit. The microprocessor in the control panel ensures that the water supply runs until it reaches 120°F before filling the wash basin. Peristaltic pumps automatically dispense precise amounts of detergent, sanitizer, and rinse aid during the wash cycle. A ½ HP recirculation pump delivers pressurized hot water to 15 spray nozzles, effectively cleaning dirt off the glasses. Only around 2-½ gallons of water are used per cycle. This unit does not have a dedicated water heater, which reduces its overall size and makes it easier to install in tight spaces. It is also easy to maintain and keep clean, with a removable top, glass rack, and side panels. Most of the hardware in this glasswasher station is made from stainless steel, ensuring durability. The unit is 38-½" tall, 60" wide, and 24" deep. It stands on 7" tubular legs with 4 adjustable bullet feet to keep it level. The unit requires a ½" water supply with a ?" FMPT fitting. The water temperature should be between 120°F and 150°F, and the water pressure should be between 25 PSI and 100 PSI. For optimal drainage, an open type floor drain is recommended. Bottles for detergent, rinse aid, and sanitizer are stored externally and supply the unit through 6-foot lengths of tubing. The unit operates on 120v/60/1-ph power and draws 3.5 amps. It comes with a 6-foot long grounded power cord with a NEMA 5-15P
