The Glasswasher Station is a pass-thru unit with a width of 90" and a depth of 24". It includes an 18" glasswasher with a 48" drain table on the right and an 18" drain table on the left. The glasswasher uses low temperature chemical sanitizing and has the capacity to wash 720 glasses with a diameter of 2-1/2" per hour. The maximum glass height it can accommodate is 10". The station features an intelligent microprocessor control system, automatic chemical pumps, and a digital temperature gauge. It also has a prime switch for quick chemical priming, removable top and side panels for easy cleaning access, and external chemical storage. The glasswasher station is made of stainless steel construction and has stainless steel legs with adjustable feet. It includes four 16" diameter polypropylene racks and two curtains. It is cETLus and ETL-Sanitation certified. Standard features of the glasswasher station include a set of two end curtains, a removable top for easy cleaning access, two 16" diameter polypropylene racks, removable side panels for easy service access, and a drive wheel and glass rack that can be lifted out for cleaning. The station also has a digital temperature gauge built into the switch panel, a 1/6 HP water pump that recirculates wash water and rinse water, and built-in drain tables on each side to provide a glass landing area and increase throughput. Automatic peristaltic metering pumps accurately dispense detergent, sanitizer, and rinse aid. The fractional HP drive motor powers the belt-driven rotary rack and includes a built-in slip clutch. The intelligent microprocessor control system delays the cycle start for up to two minutes when the incoming water temperature is below 120°F (49°C). The spray box can be unlatched for easy cleaning and visual inspection, and it has 15 spray nozzles that have been engineered for maximum soil removal.
