The Glasswasher Station is a front-to-side pass-thru unit with dimensions of 36"W x 24"D. It features an 18"W door type glasswasher with an 18"W drain table on the right side. This glasswasher uses low temperature chemical sanitizing and has the capacity to wash 720 glasses with a diameter of 2-1/2" per hour. The maximum glass height it can accommodate is 10". The glasswasher is equipped with an intelligent microprocessor control system, automatic chemical pumps, and a digital temperature gauge. It also has a prime switch for quick chemical priming, removable top and side panels for easy cleaning access, and external chemical storage. Included with the glasswasher are two 16" diameter polypropylene racks and two curtains. The unit is constructed with stainless steel and has stainless steel legs with adjustable feet. It is certified by cETLus and ETL-Sanitation. Standard features of the glasswasher include one curtain, a removable top for easy cleaning access, two polypropylene racks, removable side panels for service access, and a drive wheel and glass rack that can be lifted out for cleaning. The glasswasher also has a digital temperature gauge, a 1/6 HP water pump, and a built-in drain table on one side. The glasswasher is powered by a fractional HP drive motor that operates the belt-driven rotary rack and includes a built-in slip clutch. It also has automatic peristaltic metering pumps for accurate dispensing of detergent, sanitizer, and rinse aid. The intelligent microprocessor control system can delay the cycle start for up to two minutes when the incoming water temperature is below 120°F (49°C). The spray box of the glasswasher can be unlatched for easy cleaning and visual inspection. It is equipped with 15 spray nozzles that have been designed for maximum soil removal.
