The Glastender GT-18+1 Glasswasher Station is a pass-thru unit that can wash 720 glasses with a diameter of 2-½" per hour. It has a front-to-back design, allowing for easy loading from the back and delivering clean glasses to the front for a bar. Glastender has been known for their rotary glasswashers since 1969 and this particular model has been in production for over 25 years. The unit comes with 2 polypropylene racks that are 16" in diameter, allowing for efficient glass washing as one rack can be processed while the other is in a wash cycle. Additional racks, including special stemware models and a dish rack, are available for added convenience. Operating the unit is simple with a control panel that has a digital temperature readout. The GT-18+1 Glasswasher Station does not have a water heater, reducing power requirements. Instead, it uses hot water from onsite plumbing and a microprocessor ensures that the water temperature is at 120°F for washing. Each load uses around 2-½ gallons of water. During the wash cycle, glassware is cleaned with a ½ HP recirculating pump that delivers water through 15 spray nozzles. Detergent, sanitizer, and rinse aid are automatically added to the water. The unit is made mostly of stainless steel parts, including the cabinet, floor, tanks, legs, and drive wheel. It stands 38-½" tall and requires 1" of clearance at the top. The footprint is 18-? wide and 41-1/16" from front to back with the door closed. Cleaning and maintenance are easy with removable top, glass rack, side panels, and drive wheel. The GT-18+1 Glasswasher Station requires ½" plumbing for water supply with a ?" FMPT fitting. Onsite water pressure should be between 25 PSI and 100 PSI. The supply water must be between 120°F and 150°F for proper cleaning. An open type floor drain is recommended for maximum drainage. Chemical bottles are stored externally and the unit comes with 6 feet long chemical tubing for remote storage options. A clip-on chemical rail for 3 1-gallon bottles can be ordered separately. The unit stands on 7-½" tall tubular legs and can be leveled with 4 adjustable bullet feet. Glastender specializes in glass washer machines and has continuously improved their
