The Glasswasher Station is a pass-thru unit with a width of 78" and a depth of 24". It includes an 18" glasswasher with a 36" drain table on the left and an 18" drain table on the right. The unit uses low temperature chemical sanitizing and has the capacity to wash 720 glasses with a diameter of 2-1/2" per hour. The maximum glass height that can be accommodated is 10". The glasswasher features an intelligent microprocessor control system, automatic chemical pumps, and a digital temperature gauge. It also has a prime switch for quick chemical priming and removable top and side panels for easy cleaning access. The unit includes external chemical storage and comes with three 16" diameter polypropylene racks and two end curtains. Constructed with stainless steel, the glasswasher has stainless steel legs with adjustable feet. It is certified by cETLus and ETL-Sanitation. Standard features of the glasswasher include a set of two end curtains, a prime switch, a removable top, two 16" diameter polypropylene racks, removable side panels, a drive wheel and glass rack that can be lifted out for cleaning, a digital temperature gauge, a 1/6 HP water pump, and built-in drain tables on each side. The glasswasher also has automatic peristaltic metering pumps for accurate dispensing of detergent, sanitizer, and rinse aid. It is powered by a fractional HP drive motor with a built-in slip clutch. The intelligent microprocessor control system delays the start of the cycle for up to two minutes when the incoming water temperature is below 120°F (49°C). The spray box of the glasswasher can be unlatched for easy cleaning and visual inspection. It is equipped with 15 spray nozzles that have been designed for maximum soil removal.
