The Glasswasher Station is a corner pass-thru unit measuring 42"W x 19"D. It features an 18"W glasswasher with built-in corner drain tables and low temperature chemical sanitizing. The glasswasher can wash up to 720 glasses with a diameter of 2-1/2" per hour, with a maximum glass height of 10". The station is equipped with an intelligent microprocessor control, automatic chemical pumps, and a digital temperature gauge. It also has a prime switch for quick chemical priming, removable top and side panels for easy cleaning access, and external chemical storage. The station includes two 16" diameter polypropylene racks and two end curtains. It is made of stainless steel construction and has stainless steel legs with adjustable feet. The station is cETLus and ETL-Sanitation certified. Standard features of the Glasswasher Station include a set of two end curtains, a prime switch, a removable top, two 16" diameter polypropylene racks, removable side panels, a digital temperature gauge, a 1/6 HP water pump, and built-in drain tables on each side. The station also has automatic peristaltic metering pumps for accurate dispensing of detergent, sanitizer, and rinse aid. It has a fractional HP drive motor with a built-in slip clutch, and an intelligent microprocessor control that delays cycle start when incoming water is below 120°F. The spray box of the station can be unlatched for easy cleaning and visual inspection. It has 15 spray nozzles that have been designed for maximum soil removal.
