The Sunfire® Restaurant Range is a gas range with a 36" size. It features six 30,000 BTU open burners with cast iron top and ring grates. The range also includes a standard oven with one oven rack and two position rack guides. The front, sides, plate rail, backguard, and high shelf are all made of stainless steel. The range stands on 6" steel core legs and has a total BTU of 213,000. It is NSF and CSA certified.
The range comes with several standard features, including a pressure regulator, stainless steel front and sides, durable control knobs, a 4" plate rail, and a large work top surface. It also has easy to clean steel core legs, stamped drip trays, and a stainless steel backguard with a removable shelf.
Additional standard features include a grease trough, open storage base instead of an oven, split cast iron top ring grates, an oven thermostat with a temperature range of Low to 500° F, a heavy-duty oven door with a keep-cool handle, and a griddle plate available on the right side of the range.
The range also includes a straight steel tube oven burner, a nickel-plated oven rack with two fixed position oven rack guides, a steel griddle plate with manual hi/lo valve control, and cast iron open burners.
Optional features for the range include additional oven racks, Celsius temperature dials, swivel casters, a low profile backguard, and a hot top plate in lieu of two open burners.
The range is 35-7/16" wide and has a 27" deep work top surface. It has stainless steel front, sides, and a 4" wide front rail. The legs are 6" with adjustable feet. The range includes six 30,000 BTU open burners and can also be equipped with a griddle or hot top. The oven has a porcelain bottom and door liner, a two-position fixed rack guide, and a heavy-duty oven door with a keep-cool handle. The oven burner is a straight steel tube burner with a BTU rating of 33,000. The oven thermostat ranges from Low to 500° F.
The range can be ordered with a storage base instead of an oven. The gas input ratings are for installations up to 2000 ft above sea level, and altitudes over 2000 ft must be specified. The range is not
